For most of my career, I worked inside complex organizations, coaching individuals and teams while leading talent, leadership development, and transformation work.
I understand the realities leaders face because I have lived them: the pressure to perform, the ambiguity, constant change, and the weight of decisions that affect people’s lives and livelihoods.
I have partnered closely with CEOs, CHROs, and executive teams, designing and leading performance management, succession, leadership development, and culture initiatives at scale.
Over time, my focus expanded from what makes organizations work to what helps people truly thrive within them.

I experienced a significant health transformation that changed how I relate to work, success, and how I shape my life.
That journey gave me a deeper understanding of energy, resilience, and the quiet ways we disconnect from ourselves while trying to do everything right. It is at the intersection of performance and wellbeing where my work now lives.
