My wellness coaching package typically includes 12 sessions and supports individuals who are ready to move away from extremes, guilt, and rigid rules, and toward a more thoughtful, supportive approach to wellbeing.
We’ll do a deep dive to clarify what wellbeing means for you and to understand what your individual goals are. We’ll identify the areas of life that most need support – such as energy, nutrition and movement, work or career transitions, self-care – then translate that clarity into habits and practices that support long-term vitality, without burnout, pressure, or perfectionism.
This is not about chasing an ideal version of yourself.
It’s about learning how your body works, what it needs, and how to support it, so you can bring your best to your work and your life.
